Sustainability Development Management Platform

Phoenix Silicon International Corporation (PSI) fulfills its corporate social responsibility through the Sustainability Development Executive Committee, which functions as a cross-functional communication and management platform. The committee aligns international standards and establishes an operational approach that is top-down and horizontally integrated. The President acts as the Executive Director, guiding the committee members in developing annual strategies, setting short- and long-term objectives, and monitoring the progress of sustainability initiatives. The committee actively balances the interests of key stakeholders and drives positive development in the industry and supply chain.

The Sustainability Development Executive Committee holds quarterly meetings to track implementation progress and reports the execution results and work plans to the Board of Directors annually. The 2024 sustainability implementation status and the 2025 work plan were presented to the Board of Directors on February 24, 2025.

Sustainability Development Executive Committee Members

Director  The Board appoints Psi CEO as Executive Director.
Delegate  The Executive Director assigns delegate for each subcommittee.
Committee Members  Members are appointed based on their areas of expertise and functional competencies.

The Sustainability Development Executive Committee holds quarterly meetings, with the following key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring effective communication and integration across teams.
  • Reporting "execution results" and "work plans" to the Board of Directors annually.
  • Defining the company’s ESG vision and strategy and promoting sustainability-related initiatives.
  • Allocating the ESG-related budget.
  • Identifying material sustainability issues and formulating response action plans.
  • Tracking the performance of sustainability initiatives and establishing continuous improvement plans.
