Phoenix Silicon International Corporation (PSI) was founded in 1997. We focus on our core business, wafer process service development, wafering and wafer thinning. With a dedication to technological innovation, PSI expanded the new test wafers and developed WBG (Wide Band Gap Semiconductors) technologies of wafer thinning to offer customers a comprehensive service. PSI continues to cultivate in Hsinchu Science Park, with the goal of sustainable management and green energy operation policy, we built PSI Chung-Kang Branch in Taichung Port Technology Industrial Park (TPTIP) in 2022, and the 1st worldwide smart and automatic wafering fab was created.
