- Dividend Policy
The dividend policy of the Company shall consider the current and future development plans, the investment environment, capital requirements, domestic and international competition conditions, the interests of shareholders and other factors.
Dividends and bonuses shall not be less than 10% of the distributable surplus each year. Regarding the distribution of dividends and bonuses for the year, cash dividends and bonuses shall not be lower than 50% of the total dividends and bonuses.
