In this year’s survey, the “Supervisors” dimension—covering motivation, accountability, communication, coaching, and team building—was fully positioned within the strength quadrant. In addition, collaboration among colleagues was rated positively, indicating a healthy internal management communication environment and effective team collaboration.
2. Improvement Initiatives
Based on the key issues identified from the 2025 survey results, the Company has developed the following improvement plans and implementation initiatives:
- Enhancement of Compensation and Benefits:
To strengthen external market competitiveness and internal equity in compensation, the Company will continue to collect market salary data and optimize employee-perceived benefit programs. Planned measures include the introduction of additional employee travel benefits, promotion of an increased employer contribution to the labor pension up to 8%, and enhancement of the Company’s subsidy for the Employee Welfare Trust to up to 50%.
- Enhancement of Work–Life Balance and Work Environment:
To support employees in balancing work and personal life, the Company has implemented a flexible working hours policy (06:00–10:00), allowing employees greater flexibility in scheduling their work hours.
In terms of workplace environment improvement, a space planning initiative has been launched, including the establishment of a multi-purpose fitness studio equipped with kettlebells, hula hoops, yoga mats, and other shared equipment. A variety of classes—such as dance experiences, cardio boxing, and yoga—have also been introduced to actively promote employees’ physical and mental well-being.
