Generous salary and bonus
  • Guaranteed 14-Month Annual Salary: A stable and structured compensation system ensuring predictable income for employees.
  • Allowances and Position-Based Premiums:Various allowances are provided based on assigned roles and responsibilities, including shift allowances, internal station allowances, and position-based premiums.
  • Festive and Non-Recurring Bonuses: Bonuses are granted for Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and year-end, with additional profit-sharing or non-recurring bonuses awarded in accordance with company policies and performance results.

Flexible working hours

A secure retirement system
  • For employees covered under the Labor Pension Act, the Company contributes 6% of monthly salary to the labor pension account. Employees who choose to make an additional 6% voluntary contribution will receive an enhanced employer contribution of up to 8%.
  • For employees under the legacy pension scheme, the Company contributes 4% of monthly salary.
  • A Labor Pension Reserve Supervisory Committee is convened regularly to ensure that retirement reserves are adequately funded and sufficient to meet pension obligations.
 
Long-term service recognition system
  • Employees who have served for five/ten/fifteen/twenty/twenty-five years will be awarded a long-term service bonus and a commemorative plaque.
